Am I eligible for the 利兹荣誉课程?

First-Year Applicants for Fall 2025

All first-year applicants are automatically considered for Leeds Honors based on the academic credentials on their admissions application. 请注意: Meeting honors eligibility does 不 guarantee admittance to the 利兹商学院. Applicants must be directly admitted to the Leeds School to be considered for Leeds Honors. 

Students can qualify for Leeds Honors under the following pathways. Students will be considered for Leeds Honors in the following order: 

GPA +考试成绩

If you applied with a score 和 do 不 meet this criteria, your application will 不 be considered under the GPA + Rank pathway. If you applied to CU 博尔德 without a test score, you may qualify under the class rank option below.

If you didn’t report a test score on your application, we next consider GPA + class rank. If the GPA on your application is a 3.9 or higher (weighted or unweighted) 和 your school reports you in the top 5% of your graduating class, you will be invited to the Honors Program. If your school provides a class rank 和 you are 不 in the top 5%, your application will 不 be considered for any other pathways. If you applied to CU 博尔德 without a test score 和 your high school does 不 rank or do 不 meet the top 5% of your graduating class, there is the option of entering Leeds Honors as a second year student.
 

If NOT invited to Leeds Honors in either the GPA+Test Score or GPA+班级排名途径:

Second-Year Entry as a current student

进入利兹大学的学生 不 start in the Honors Program are eligible for entry in their second year by achieving a 3.8+ GPA at the end of their first year. Students who enter in the one-year 开学前 Program are also eligible for second year honors entry by meeting the 3.8+ GPA要求.

Can I participate in other programs like the 利兹的学者 Program, the Arts & Sciences Honors Program or the President’s Leadership Class?

是的. In fact, many Leeds Honors students do participate in a number of select academic groups on campus.

What is the GPA policy for the Honors Program?

To remain in good st和ing with Honors, students must maintain a 3.6或以上的累积GPA. 如果一个学生低于3分.6 cumulative GPA, they will be placed on Honors probation for the following semester. In order to return to good st和ing in the Honors Program, the student must raise their cumulative GPA to 3.6岁或以上.

At the end of the probationary semester, the student's record will be reviewed again to determine their st和ing in the Honors program.

  • If the cumulative GPA remains below 3.60 but the student earns at least a 3.60 term GPA, they will be allowed one additional semester of probation.
  • If the cumulative GPA remains below 3.60 和 the student does 不 earn a minimum 3.60 term GPA, they will be removed from the Honors program.
